Deleting your data
Cannonball Software LLC, Cape Coral, Florida. For the apps Cannonball Pool Service and My Pool by Cannonball. Last updated 1 October 2026.
This is how to have what Cannonball holds about you deleted, what goes, and what stays.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with.
- Say which app you use, Cannonball Pool Service or My Pool by Cannonball, and the name of the pool company.
- We check that it is really you, delete what is listed below within 30 days, and write back to say it is done.
You do not have to give a reason. The owner of a pool company who wants all of the company's records deleted asks the same way.
What is deleted
- If you work for a pool company and use Cannonball Pool Service: your sign-in, with the name, email address and phone number on it; the token that lets us send your phone a notification; and the trail of where your phone was while a route was being recorded. That trail is deleted after 30 days whether you ask or not.
- If you are a pool company's customer and use My Pool by Cannonball: your sign-in to the app and the token that lets us send your phone a notification. After that the app holds nothing of yours.
What is kept
- The pool company's own records of its work. Visits, water readings, photos of the pool, reports, messages it was sent, invoices and payments belong to the pool company. A technician's name stays on the visits they did, as the company's record of who did the work. A customer's name, address and service history stay with the pool company for as long as it needs them for its accounts and the law. Ask the pool company to remove those. We delete them when it tells us to, or when it closes its account with us.
- What the law makes us keep, such as records of payments.
