Terms

Cannonball Software LLC, Cape Coral, Florida. Last updated 1 November 2026.

These are the terms for using Cannonball, the software for pool service companies at runcannonball.com, its phone apps and the pages it makes for your customers. "We" is Cannonball Software LLC. "You" is the pool service company that signs up, and the people it lets in.

Cannonball is offered only to pool service companies in the United States and its territories. By signing up you confirm that your company is there. We may close an account for a company that is not.

Your records

The customers, pools, readings, photos, invoices and everything else you put into Cannonball are yours. We use them only to run Cannonball for you, and we do not sell them. Ask us at any time for a copy. What we keep and who helps us run the service is in the privacy notice.

Your customers

Cannonball sends reports, emails and texts to your customers in your company's name. You are responsible for having your customers' permission to contact them, especially by text, and for what your messages say.

Cannonball can give you example service agreements to start from. They are examples, not legal advice. You decide what your agreement says, you are responsible for it, and you should have a lawyer review it before your customers sign it.

Taking cards from your customers

If you take card payments through Cannonball, they are processed by Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms for connected accounts when you set it up. The payment goes to your company; Cannonball never holds your money. The fee on each payment is shown in Settings, Payments.

Using it fairly

Do not use Cannonball for anything unlawful, to send messages people did not ask for, or to get at anybody else's records, and do not try to break it. We can suspend an account that does, or one that has not been paid.

Keeping it running

We work hard to keep Cannonball working and your records safe, and the technician app keeps working without a signal. We cannot promise it will never be down or never have a fault. Cannonball is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you before the change takes effect. Carrying on using Cannonball after that means you accept the new terms.
